Core Reminder: This App needs to upload your recorded audio files to the server for speech-to-text processing. Except for this necessary service, we do not collect other personal data, and no third-party SDK is integrated.
In order to provide the core function of speech-to-text, we need to collect and process the following information:
Audio Data: When you use the recording function, we will collect the audio files you record. This data will be uploaded to our server for speech recognition processing, and converted into text to return to your device.
Network Log Information: In order to ensure the stability and security of the service, the server may temporarily record non-personally identifiable network log information such as the request IP address and request time.
Important Commitment: Except for the data necessary to realize the core functions mentioned above, we do not collect other any personal sensitive information such as your name, phone number, location information, address book, device identifiers (such as IMEI, Android ID).
In order to realize the functions of the App, this App will apply for the following system permissions. All permissions follow the minimization principle:
Microphone Permission: Used to record your voice input. Audio data is only collected when you actively click to record, and is only used for the speech-to-text service.
Storage Permission: Used to save the converted text results or allow you to select local audio files for upload. We will not scan or upload other irrelevant files in your storage space.
Network Permission: Used to send audio data to the server for processing and receive the returned text results.
You can withdraw the granted permissions at any time in the system settings of your device. Withdrawing the microphone permission will make the recording function unavailable, and withdrawing the network permission will make the speech-to-text service unavailable.
We are well aware of the sensitivity of audio data, so we have formulated a strict data retention strategy:
Temporary Storage: The audio files uploaded to the server are only used for real-time processing. After the processing is completed, the original audio files will be deleted immediately.
Text Results: The converted text data is only stored on your local device, and we do not keep any text records on the server side.
User's Right to Delete: You can delete the locally saved historical records at any time in the App. Uninstalling this App will erase all local data.
This App does not integrate any third-party software development kits (SDKs), including but not limited to advertising SDKs, statistical analysis SDKs, social sharing SDKs or push notification SDKs.
Your data is only transmitted between our own servers and us, and no third-party company can collect your personal information or track your behavior through this App.
We adopt industry-standard encryption technologies (such as HTTPS/TLS) to protect the security of data during transmission, preventing data from being stolen or tampered with. At the same time, we strictly control server access permissions, and only authorized personnel can access it to prevent unauthorized leakage.
This App only has learning functions, without any adult, violent or illegal induction. It will prompt you to look into the distance to protect your eyes every 20 minutes. Minors under the age of 14 can use it normally.
